Sterilin Ltd has supplied high quality products to the plastic packaging industry for more than 15 years. The manufacturing plant, situated in South Wales, boasts some of the very latest extrusion-blow and injection moulding and automatic printing machinery.
Sterilin's standard products cover a size range from 30ml to 2000ml. A variety of designs and closure options offer a wide choice of standard, dispensing, child resistant and tamper evident packs. Neck finishes vary from 20mm to 85mm, offering packs suitable for tablet, liquid or powder fills.
Most designs are available in a choice of HDPE, LDPE or PP. Sterilin also offers a range of products for specialist applications including washbottles, jugs, beakers and scoops. Every item we make can be printed with logos or customer specific graduations. For products outside the standard range we offer a full custom moulding service with expert technical and design support and have the machinery to accommodate up to four colour printing.
Sterilin plastic bottles are manufactured under optimum conditions. In house facilities include our own mould maintenance and tool room areas, a strong team of highly experienced engineers and technologists for advice, polymer selection and product design.
